G-ADEF was the fifth and last Comet built. Painted silver and blue it was built for Cyril Nichelson who planned to use it for a series of long distance records. It entered the King's Cup Rece in September 1935 but did not start. It did leave for a record attempt to Cape Town but the crew had to abandon the aircraft by parachute over Sudan and Boomerang was lost.

Boomerang was painted silver with 2 shades of Blue on the fuselage stripe and nose.
